Ceels Lockley is a strategy expert, business mentor, writer, speaker, podcast host and advocate of peace and profit for done-for-you service providers, freelancers and agency owners.

Ceels would refer to herself as ‘web-design familiar’ having managed marketing projects for many clients over the years. However, now that her focus has moved to niching, offers and business strategy, Ceels decided to delegate certain aspects of her new website.
